6. Payment Terms

You agree to follow the quotations, invoices, and payment terms we provide. Payment must be made by the deadline specified in the contract through the agreed payment method, which may include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods. If payment is overdue, interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on unpaid amounts. We may suspend service provision if payment is delayed.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of projects is subject to the terms in the project contract. Generally, our policy is:

  • Cancellation before project start: Full refund
  • Cancellation after project start: Cost of completed work plus termination fees
  • If materials have been procured or setup completed: Additional costs may apply

Specific projects may have different cancellation policies as outlined in their contracts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide no express or implied warranties regarding:

  • Services being provided "as is"
  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Services meeting your expectations
  • Website content being accurate, complete, or current
  • Website being free from viruses, malware, or harmful components

We disclaim any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

We may terminate our services or your account in the following cases:

After termination, you remain bound by ongoing obligations such as payment of outstanding fees.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under Japanese law. Disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. Arbitration may also be pursued as an alternative dispute resolution method.

13. Additional Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13.2 Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications become effective when posted on this website. Your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent. We may assign these rights at any time.
